Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all payments made by candidates to TISA Jobs for membership, registration, verification, or access related services.

By making a payment to TISA Jobs, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.

1. Nature of Payments

All payments made by candidates to TISA Jobs are for

  • Membership access
  • Registration processing
  • Verification and review services
  •  Platform onboarding

These payments are service based and administrative in nature.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to TISA Jobs are final and non refundable.

No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to

  • Rejection of registration or verification
  • Failure to meet eligibility requirements
  • Revocation or suspension of access
  • User decision not to proceed
  • Incomplete or incorrect information submitted
  • Change of mind after payment
  • Non usage of the platform
  • Account termination due to policy violations
  • Delays in approval or verification
  • Technical issues beyond reasonable control

Once payment is successful, no refund will be issued in any case.

3. No Cooling Off Period

TISA Jobs does not offer any cooling off period.
By completing payment, you expressly waive any right to

  • Cancellation
  • Cooling off
  • Withdrawal
  • Refund

To the maximum extent permitted by law.

4. Non Transferable Payments

  • Membership and registration fees are strictly non transferable
  • Fees cannot be transferred to another person account or email
  • Fees cannot be reused or reassigned

Each payment applies to one individual registration only.

5. Rejection or Revocation

If a candidate’s registration is

  • Rejected during verification
  • Revoked after approval
  • Suspended due to policy violations

No refund will be issued in such cases.
Verification outcomes do not affect refund eligibility.

6. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

In rare cases of duplicate payment due to system error, TISA Jobs may review the transaction.

  • Refunds in such cases are at sole discretion
  • Proof of duplicate payment may be required
  • Processing fees may be deducted

This does not apply to user initiated multiple payments.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Candidates are strongly advised not to initiate chargebacks without contacting TISA Jobs first.

  • Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension
  • Ongoing disputes may lead to permanent access restriction
  • Abuse of payment systems may be reported

8. Currency and Regional Differences

  • Fees may vary by country or region
  • Currency conversions and transaction charges may apply
  • Exchange rate differences are not refundable

9. Subscription and Auto Renewal

Candidate membership on TISA Jobs may be offered on a monthly, half yearly, or annual subscription basis, depending on applicable pricing plans, offers, or promotional campaigns. Subscription pricing and duration may vary from time to time.

By purchasing a membership, users agree that the subscription may automatically renew at the end of the applicable billing cycle unless cancelled by the user before the renewal date.

TISA Jobs does not provide refunds for

  • Auto renewed subscriptions
  • Charges deducted after the subscription renewal date
  • Failure to cancel the subscription before the renewal date
  • Non usage of the platform during the subscription period

Users are solely responsible for managing, cancelling, or modifying their subscription before the renewal cycle. Once a subscription payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Subscription payments are non-transferable and non-refundable, including cases where registration is rejected, access is revoked, or the user chooses not to continue using the platform.

10. Acceptance of Policy

By making a payment, candidates confirm that they

  • Have read and understood this Refund Policy
  • Agree to the no refund condition
  • Accept all associated terms

Lack of awareness does not constitute grounds for refund.

This Refund Policy may be updated at any time.

  • Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance
